Why we are fast
Most of any business system is foundation. Ours is already built.
Look inside almost any business system and much of the work is not the feature the customer asked for. It is the foundation underneath it: sign-in and permissions, data separation, storage and sync, offline working, documents, notifications, security, backups and deployment.
Traditional projects have to build much of that before the customer’s real workflow can even begin. We took the opposite approach. Over the years we built those foundations first, generically and in-house, and they are now proven in daily use.
That means a new Audit Pro solution does not start from an empty codebase. We focus our development on the part that is specific to your organisation, while the platform already provides the infrastructure underneath it.
The result is faster delivery now and a system that remains easier to change later.

From a form on site to a finished report
A common starting point is information collected in the field that then has to become a record, an approval and a finished document. On Audit Pro those are not separate steps or copies of the same information. They are one joined-up flow, so what is captured on site becomes the record, drives the workflow and produces the report.

Our own tools, so changes come quickly
We built our own tooling for creating forms, reports, workflows and permissions on Audit Pro. That is a large part of why new solutions come together quickly and why many changes can be published without waiting for a conventional app release.
- A visual form builder. Questions, repeating groups, photos, signatures, validation and rules that change what the user sees based on earlier answers.
- A report designer. Branded documents designed once and generated consistently from every submission.
- Configurable workflows and roles. Records, approvals, permissions and notifications fitted to the way your team works.
- Changes without an app update. When we publish a new or amended form, it reaches the right users’ phones without a new mobile release.

Daily encrypted backups
Databases are backed up every day and encrypted before they leave the server, with a second copy held separately.
UK company, UK and EU hosting
Audit-Pro Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our main application and database servers are hosted in the UK, while attached files are stored in the EU.
One-time sign-in codes
Audit Pro Mobile signs people in with a short-lived code sent to their work email, so there is no password to reuse or lose.
No advertising or tracking
There is no advertising or analytics in Audit Pro Mobile, the portal or this website, and we do not sell personal data.
