About these terms

These terms apply to anyone who uses Audit Pro Mobile or the Audit Pro portal (together, “Audit Pro”), which are provided by Audit-Pro Ltd. Audit-Pro Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16429098, registered office 20 Hepworth Gardens, Wakefield, WF1 3FH, England. By using Audit Pro you agree to them.

Audit Pro is supplied to organisations under a separate agreement between Audit-Pro Ltd and that organisation. If you use Audit Pro because an organisation gave you access, that agreement governs the service it receives. These terms cover how you, as an individual user, may use it. If the two conflict, the organisation's agreement wins.

Your access

• Access is by invitation from an organisation that uses Audit Pro. That organisation can change or remove your access at any time.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Do not share one-time codes or passwords, or let anyone else use your account.
• Tell your organisation, or us, straight away if you think someone else has used your account or your phone has been lost.

Using Audit Pro properly

You agree not to:

• use Audit Pro for anything unlawful, or to record information you have no right to record;
• try to reach data, accounts or organisations you have not been given access to;
• interfere with, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, except as the law allows; or
• upload anything malicious, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend access that is being misused, and we will tell the organisation concerned.

Records you create

The forms, photos, signatures and reports you create in Audit Pro for an organisation belong to that organisation, as between you and it. We store and process them on its behalf, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for making sure that what you record is accurate, to the best of your knowledge.

The service

We work to keep Audit Pro available and your records safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may update the app and the portal, and we may change or withdraw features. Forms you have not yet sent remain on your phone until they are submitted or discarded. Submit completed work when a connection is available so it can be transferred to your organisation's portal.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our responsibilities for the service are set out in our agreement with your organisation. We are not responsible to individual users for business losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you continue to use Audit Pro after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
