Natural gas installations up to 1 m³ volume, with pipework up to 150 mm bore and operating pressure up to 40 mbar. TightnessPro calculates test duration and allowable pressure movement from the installation volume and the gauge being used.
For larger installations: any supported gas, larger volumes, pipework above 150 mm bore or pressures up to 16 bar. The workflow adds pipework area assessment, leak-rate criteria, strength testing with its safety controls, and routes for plastic pipework and higher-pressure installations.

On commercial work, the report records the working as well as the final result. Corrected readings, governing criteria and allowable limits are shown alongside the values they were derived from, so the record can be checked later rather than simply accepted as an unexplained answer.
TightnessPro is a calculation and reporting aid for qualified gas engineers. It supports, but does not replace, your professional judgement, applicable gas safety requirements, manufacturer instructions, and your own working procedures. You remain responsible for verifying results and for the safety and compliance of any work.
TightnessPro is available as an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment and cancellation are handled through the App Store or Google Play, so you remain in control of the subscription through your store account.
